The packages are not rigid boxes. They establish the right foundation based on how much the website needs to say, do, and support. Scope, functionality, and mailboxes grow with the company.

How changes work

Ask for a change. We schedule it in.

What it covers

New hours, a price change, swapped photos, updated staff, a paragraph rewritten. Starter includes thirty minutes of that each month, Business an hour, and Premium two hours. Express has no included time and is billed as you go. Most changes are live within a few business days, and if you need something the same day, say so and we will quote it.

When it resets

On the first of the month. Unused time does not carry over. Anything past your included time is $75 per half hour, and it is quoted before we start.

The admin panel

A private panel where you edit the parts that change yourself: your menu, hours, gallery, staff, prices, events. It comes with Premium, and it is $50 a month on Starter and Business. The design, the layout and the code stay ours to look after, which is what keeps the site working when you change something.

What never counts

If something breaks, it does not come out of your time. A site that will not load, a broken link, a form that stops sending, or mail that stops arriving is fixed at no charge. If a reported fault turns out to be working correctly, the time spent looking comes out of your month.

How the pieces fit

One plan, and the build is already in it.

There is no separate build fee to weigh up. The website is part of the plan on every level except Express, which carries a $200 setup fee because there is still a site to make. Your first payment comes a month after you sign up, and every plan runs month to month so you can cancel at any time.

A larger mailbox beyond the number your plan includes is both of the first two lines together, so $12 a month.

Two things worth knowing

Paying yearly on any plan gets you two months free. Your website, its code and its admin are licensed to you for as long as your plan is active, the way every hosted service works. Your own text, photographs and customer data are yours throughout, and we hand them back in a usable format whenever you ask. If you ever want the site itself moved to another host, we release it for a $200 transfer fee, plus the balance of your first twelve months.

Choosing the right fit

You do not need to diagnose your own project.

Tell us what the business does, what a customer should be able to do, and how many people need an email. We will recommend the smallest package that does the job properly, and if the company outgrows it later we add what is needed without starting over.
